- Users who register accounts via automated means (e.g., bots) are prohibited. Accounts must be created and operated by humans.
2. Embedding and Compliance Responsibility
When using tinyDialog widgets on your website or application:
- You are responsible for ensuring that the use of tinyDialog complies with all applicable local and international laws and regulations, particularly concerning privacy, data protection, and cookies. This includes displaying cookie banners and obtaining user consent, if required.
- tinyDialog bears no responsibility for how the widgets are implemented or the compliance of your website or application with relevant legal requirements.
3. Cancellation and Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged further besides a final charge for incurred overcharges of your last billing-period if applicable.
- If you downgrade your plan, features and services tied to the higher plan will be disabled at the end of the current billing cycle.
- To delete your account and associated data, please email [email protected]. Upon account deletion, all data not legally required to be retained will be permanently deleted from our systems.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms or suspected misuse of the service.
4. Modifications to Services and Pricing
We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue features or services provided by tinyDialog with or without notice.
- Pricing and plans may change in the future. If changes affect your current subscription, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email.
- Such changes will only apply to future billing cycles and not retroactively.
- We are not liable for any modifications, price changes, or the discontinuation of service.
5. Privacy and Data Protection

- You retain ownership of all data processed through tinyDialog.

- This includes damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Fair-Use & No-Abuse
- We reserve the rights to cancel or limit accounts that cause abnormal load, abuse our services, or try to use our services for illicit purposes without prior notice.
- Trying to cause abnormal load and resource usage by sending automated submissions, spamming our service, or trying to cause excessive load in other ways, is not allowed.
